If we want to have competent technicians in a couple of years we need to invest in the youth. We want to make the next generation enthusiastic about technology by offering them free events that show them how much fun and how interesting technology can be.
Hans Odenthal: "With the organization of free workshops and engineering days, we want to let children experience technology by themselves. You can not start programming early enough. We live in a world where the role of software becomes more and more important, but at the same time, there is also a shortage of engineers. So we must do everything we can, to fill this gap and get the engineers of the future excited."
